Ladies and gentleman. Prepare for the new show that will be hosted at the saablink real soon! Lucian will play a a very sad role of Adshaft, who has waited a long time with no result and Nowhereman will play sophisticated and quite funny role of Palmer. On the forums soon!

that is actually pretty funny...me sophisticated? awesome.I will post a total of 4 things on this topic this is my first. An item was paid for. It was shipped. It never arrived. I haven't gotten it back yet either. Claim was filed with paypal and paypal debited the $265 from my bank account causing my rent check to bounce. they held onto the money while they researched the "problem". It has been determined that Lucian is owed the refund. My account is at $0 because paypal took the money from my bank account and sent it to Lucian./end story
Ha! I got 0 (zero, zip, nada, nothing, void) back from nowhereman or Paypal.
Check the resolution of Paypal, herein under quoted.
So if he hasn't paid me thise $$$, how can he say he did? Just like he says he sent me that item that never got to me.
From where I am standing is simple: I paid and got nothing. See for yourself:

Ryan can clean up his name by posting here the electronic receipt from shippment and the account balance (bank form, official, not computer-generated), stating the 265 U$D were pulled out of his account. But I highly doubt he will do this, since this is not the case...
For God sake, Ryan! Be a man! Pay what you have to pay!

P.S. I trully and sincerelly hope everything will come out clean, in the very end!

so this will be post number 2 or my limit of 4.

would a mod please delete or edit this thread as there is personal info of mine out on the internet for the world to see? Thanks

on the issue...

PAYPAL HAS REMOVED THE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!
because of this my rent check bounced. Take it up with them.

Also rafal's post and everyone else's was meant as a joke. Not a serious invitation to pollute the forum and waste space with another long winded complaint that could be taken care of with the

BUYER/SELLER feedback thread we already have.

If you feel you got screwed post to that thread 1000+ times saying so. Keep things of this sort in their proper place. This would include:

PAYPAL DISPUTE SYSTEM
PERSONAL EMAIL
PMs
BUYER/SELLER FEEDBACK THREAD

posting here will serve to do nothing other than to waste space on the servers. I donated $10 to the Link to help with their costs.. what have you donated? especially since you are here wasting space.

thanks

hmmm...

Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V, my friend...
Tryed to delete the spaces for the flow of the text in the screen of the forum.
But I can forward the message from Paypal to any1 questioning my words!
And by the way, I highly doubt Paypal got his money and doesn't refund me. I just think nowhere is scaming/buying some time. As I have already stated, he should present (to me, at least) some evidence to back up his words (that I am not trusting, for now).
Wise guy, to cover himself behind the privacy right...but hey, what about my money?!

P.S. For the mods: I could have edited the paypal message more, but I think only like this presents the reallity. If case, I can extract whatever you might necessary. Just tell me.

P.S.2: I already tryed to contact the so-said seller, by the Paypal system, by direct mail and using the TSL PM platform. Hell, I even sent him facebook messages. And yeah...no response. So fuck me if I understand how comes he dare to serve me (and you, guys) this bullsh!t...

nowhereman has bought so many things from my 9k part out it's not even funny and each transaction went smoother than a babies bottom. nowhereman is an honest guy who doesnt screw people over so this acuasation(sp) is a complete joke.

Good luck to each of you...

But have we learned nothing from the adshafted thread? Save your receipts, get the package insured, foot the extra $1.50 for Delivery Confirmation, etc etc etc. A little proof goes a long way in these matters.

That way if it was lost in the mail, you could prove it and get matters resolved.

I'm not going to speculate as to what the root cause of the dispute is, or to take sides, but hopefully this resonates with a few folks while they're in line at the post office.

As an aside, I thought PayPal couldn't withdraw funds from your personal bank account? They only have the power to withdraw money from your Paypal account. Has this changed?

Had one!

Hehe...actually owned one...and drove a lot! Even the driving school and licence exam done on Dacia!
Dacia was the first owned car by me. Then in 2001 got a Peugeot 206 CC, droped for a Carrera 4. From 2003 I own and drive only Saabs. I am at the 4th now. Had a blue conv. with blue top Aero, swap with the present Aero Conv. (as shown in "my project" topic), and an Aero 9-5 sedan grey man., swap to the present Aero 9-5 black with tan leather, sentronic-drove by my GF. Great cars! And great persons owning and driving them. You can see this as traffic behaviour.
Too bad sometimes sh!t happens with one of the Saab community (read "nowhereman")...

P.S. Dacia is now owned by Renauld and is even launching and SUV.
If I remember, Dacia was even imported by Canada in the '80s.

Cases like this are really unfortunate. I won't go to either side, but Ryan (nowhereman) is a really straightup type guy and you definately need to take into account the 'possibility' that paypal screwed up. But regardless of what results, hopefully it gets worked out in the best possible way.

Pay Pal sucks - and their "Customer Service" is just a waste of time.
I sold a turbo here on TSL to a member - he paid, I shipped promptly - I had DC # and insurance on package. Item was "held up" at the buyers local post office due to size. Buyer then filed claim stating I never shipped the item. I contacted buyer and told them it's sitting at his post office and he has to pick it up. I sent pay pal a note saying - I paid through pay pal for shipping and provided their DC # and transaction details. Time Past - I called the Post Office and they confirmed the package was sitting there waiting to be picked-up and if it wasn't in so many days it would be returned to sender. I called Pay Pal and told them all of this and they said they would "look into it." Well I kept on it and pay pal did nothing as usual and the buyer got his money back and I never got the turbo back - oh yeah, he must have gone to pick up the item. SO I got f-ed by doing the right thing. Thanks Again - saabyturbo

Personally, I wouldn't be bending over backwards to help someone who is going to publicly berate me either. If you don't believe him, fine. What does it really matter? Believing him or not doesn't help you get your money back.

Why not send PayPal an e-mail saying the seller's bank account has had the money removed and you want to know what is going on. PayPal is far from perfect, and stupid shit happens with them 10,000 times a day. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was an oversight on their part.

Sitting around here bitching is going to accomplish absolutely nothing, as should already be very apparent. You need to either contact PayPal and get to the bottom of it, file charges in small claims, or give up and call it a loss.

Sitting around calling someone a liar will surely get nothing done.

DID IT, already!

rebus sic stantibus

Small update; nothing new!
I asked again Paypal about my money, telling them Ryan's story (that his bank account was debited by Paypal), but the anser from Paypal was straight the smae: no money were to be found in Ryan's bank account.
So beside using the normal procedure and claims, and going public with this post, I got tricked with USD 265,00.
One last thing: in Court, things must be proved, Ryan. So if you think judge Judy would award you damages for me filling an unsustained claim, you're dreaming, since you miserably failed to present ANY RELEVANT AND SOLIDE EVIDENCE attesting your words.
Up to now, wordss like "scamer", "liar" and "dbag" come to my mind. You should take Bush by his hand!
Out for now.
But not over!

so i know that before i said i would only post 3 times in this ridiculous waste of space that is now close to libel or slander (insulting me personally and hurting my reputation in front of friends, collegaues, and possible clients) but i will say once again.

Paypal debited my bank account. i have emailed them myself asking what is going on. they tell me the money was taken for the fraud claim.

as before the only thing i have to provide other than the tracking number i gave you ages ago is a bank statement of some sort WHICH ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN! especially now that you have lowered yourself to publicly insulting me.

If you want to take it to court feel free. Come across the pond pay the $150 to file a small claim in my hometown and we can resolve it that way. Just be prepared to pay for my missed hours of work, mileage to get to court, and also be ready for the counter suit based on this thread.

as i have been f$$%d by paypal before i am just giving up on ever seeing my money or the item again. it happened before and has now happened again. Paypal is large enough that they CAN do this and WILL get away with it.

to end my post:
i sent the item
paypal debited my bank account taking back the money paid for it

i am out both money and item AGAIN.
i will never sell anything using paypal again.

This is the tracking number he gave me, with usps.com: CP 569 230 445 US
check for yourself...nothing/nada/zero/zipp!
Maybe our fair Ryan has some kind of receipt from shipping the item...or he cannot present it, just like his bank account statement?
What was the word? dbag?
hmmm
On a second thought, I can start the file here, since here I was supposed to get the item (shipping included). A judge decision can be executed in US, never-the-less, even if it would take some time and $$$.

bumpshit!

Sh!t....
sooo long and still no money refund from Ryan.
Also, noticed he doesn`t post here. Who knows, maybe he isn`t feeling very well, with this porky flu :)
Anyway, when and if I ever get any dime from nowhereman, I will publicly say it!

BTW: Merry Christmas everybody! (including you, Ryan...)
hmmm
