Not sure if Ace Hardware or someplace like that would have them, but you could try bringing the turbo in to a store and just keep trying bolts until one works lol.

I have a bunch of banjo bolts somewhere from a T25 and TD04 off NG/9-3's, but I wouldn't be able to tell you what sizes they are.

 

Most hardware stores will be able to tell you the thread size and pitch. Take it in and get that info and then get one from the Grainger site. They have everything.

EDIT: Hmmm, just checked Grainger and they have squat. Get the size from the HW store and do a Google shopping search on "banjo fitting" with the specs. That should work.

Well after wasting gas and driving to lowes home depot and autozone who weren't any help whatsoever I went to ace who said its a m14x1.5 pitch eeuro should just stock banjo bolts

 

Only reliable source Ive found is either from parts cars or new from Saab. Whenever I have extra ones around from any Saab engine, put in my banjo bolt drawer in the parts bin.

 

i just ordered a new bolt from ebay with those specs hopefully it fits

I've got some spares, too... but I don't know how they're sized. You may want to post a picture and/or some measurements of the banjo bolt you need.

In your original post, you said it was a 12mm bolt -- do you mean that you used a 12mm wrench on the head? If so, then I question whether it's really an M14 thread (because the thread size should be smaller).

I'm not trying to be critical... just trying to save you from disappointment if your bolt from eBay doesn't fit.

Hi===========If its like mine.....Just call local saab or sportscar joint and there are both the 12mm and 14mmx1.5 pitch - the length can gotten by Saab stats. Just make sure you have 2 washers/rings for top and bottom of banjo ends.
