Water/Meth injection install pics

I finally finished connecting my water/meth injection last weekend. I snapped a couple pics near the end. I may go back and snap some more detail pics.

I fit the pump under the K&N intake, mounted to the box beam. There is a feed tube running to the stock windshield washer reservoir routed along the front cross-member (zip-tied to the turbo coolant line). The line to the injector comes up between the IC and the MAF. I got power from fuse #4 (DRLs). I just clipped the wire inside the fuse box and tied in (who uses DRLs anyway).

The sensor light telling me when the pump is running is currently mounted in the right speaker grill. I might move that because it's not as bright as I'd hoped. Can't see it so well in the daylight. I was able to penetrate the firewall easily through one of the grommets plugging the pre-drilled holes to mount the master cylinder on European models. It's a very stealth install. The wire comes through the fender by the fuse panel, through the plastic wire harness channel on the firewall and exits right by the firewall penetration. To snake wires through the firewall there, you don't even need to peel the carpet back. You can access it easily from the passenger's foot well. Just peel back the perforated knockout in the floor insulation a little bit, et voila. I reused the gromit that was in there. Just drilled a hole in it big enough to squeeze a wire through.

The two-stage controller is mounted to my APC box with velcro. It's currently set to come on at 8 lbs and be full-on by 20 lbs.

The intercooler fan is a 1500 cfm Spal fan that's been in the car for a while. It's connected to a switch on the dash.

This is a low-mileage '94 Comm Ed. I don't want to hack it up. I've been trying to be very stealth with my mods. No big buck-toothed FMIC for me thanks. I know performance wise, that's the way to go--just not on this car.

I haven't dynoed, but the seat-of-pants feel is great. You can actually feel the thing kick in. It's like there's an extra turbocharger coming in at 8 lbs then it just keeps on giving. I was also able to advance my timing up to about 20 degrees which makes the car a bit zippier in city driving.
