you could.. problem is the bar doesn't have a lot of money and will fight it and most likely win. Also you have to have some way to fault the bar for the fat girls talking to you. Them letting you buy them drinks isn't a good reason.

 

I'm kind of torn about this personally.

It was a red eye flight that left at midnight or thereabouts.

Part of me thinks that the flight attendants should have noticed this, but having been on a few red eyes in my time, pretty much everybody crashes and the flight attendants do not spend much time in the cabin at all.

The question of whether the airline could have or should have done something is really up for grabs -- and I'd have to know more about whether or not the flight attendants were supposed to be paying attention to answer that question.

I don't think this is humorous at all -- you all are imagining a bukkake scenario with an evil grin, but think about the type of person who would do this. This is creepy uncle Chester with black beady eyes who kept staring at the poor girl. There's a power/control/stalking element to this which is very much akin to a rape.

The masturbator is facing criminal charges for his conduct -- I highly doubt that he knew her, or this is a setup. $200,000 split two ways ain't enough to support jail time. Plus it would be pathetically easy for the authorities to prove a connection between the two of them (phone records, etc.).
