I just ordered a set of these. Just recently picked up a 97 Aero, needs a little love but I can't wait to get into it. Right now it needs a front right fender (rot), other than that the body is in pretty damn good shape and most everything works. 300k miles on it, two owner with over 18k in service records from Mecca Motors in Allston Ma from 167k miles on.
I'm going to remove the turbo, unstick the seized wastegate from the inside since I'm not having much luck from the outside with PB Blaster (did get it freed up a little but not enough). I know the turbo's good, no smoke and that thing makes plenty of boost. Going to replace the exhaust manifold gasket and put new studs in too while I'm at it. Need to get my hands on some new turbo to downpipe studs just in case, the bolt heads looks pretty rusted.

Anyway, cool to see some of you enthusiasts are so close. I'll let you guys know how they turn out.

I purchased this exact kit last week. The lines are decent, and the bolts fit fine, but yeah, they are a pain in the ass because of the head design.

Also, there is no oil feed/supply line, and finding one has been hell. Im still on the hunt....

But all the seals that come in it are decent and will work just fine.

i am still on the hunt for an oil feed line for my old block. you can't find the original hard lines anywhere.

I looked at that kit and wasn't sure it would work on a 91-93. I also don't need any of the other lines.

Bumping an old thread instead of starting a new one...

One of my current issues is the stock turbo lines. I'm honestly surprised they still hold pressure just by the looks of them, New England winters have been none too kind to them.

At any rate, what's the best route? Hard lines? Braided? eBay kit? Of course eeuro has nothing in terms of lines for the turbo, and it seems like people haven't really been too satisfied with kinugawa. I'd hate to just waste my money and still have my crappy lines on there in the end...

Actually, eeuro does carry the turbo lines, they have them listed in a td04 9-5 kit.

SKU for the lines: 55559431 for the inlet, and 55559428 for the return.I have em saved to "my projects".

I will never, ever buy anything from kinugawa again.they were unresponsive to emails through their site, regular email, and didn't answer the phone during business hours.I had to do a paypal dispute to get my 25 bucks back for the wrong washers they sent, and they didn't respond to paypal either.
