Lose the chrome strips in the front/rear bumpers and I'd love it!

well, my rear strip is already missing.. that count?? ha. Ive been trying to track down a rear strip, cause theres no way in hell Im buying a new one. i actually like them - they're not really 'chrome' so much as they are white, I think.

Heres something interesting related to the striping thing - Especially the Sonett Stripes. But I didnt waht the word SAAB in the middle, too tacky to have the brand name all over the car.

Anyway - See, even you guys thought it was a good idea back then! I didnt know these were available until today.
So i guess it wasnt that bad of an idea after all naysayers!

I like it! Same color as my car too. I wonder how well a black stripe would look, or how well it would help break that up. Whenever I get around to getting the parts to do an HID retro on my car, I want to go with a black and green theme. Paint the headlights black along with the corner markers and grille, get the black GS sidemarkers, smoked taillights, window tint, and Im debating on if I want to get my Super Aeros refinished with a black center section with a polished lip. I think that a set of black stripes with the rest of that stuff may actually look pretty cool. All just ideas now tho

very cool. dont you love this color green?! I think its one of the most attractive colors on an auto. That and Bright Fu*king Red (otherwise known as Dog Dick Red). Man, Volvo's in red are awesome...

Thanks for the compliments. They're really starting to grow on me. after i finish them off with the emblems on the stripes, it'll all come together really nice I think. I think Im going to do one more pinstripe to accent the line from the hatch slope, along the window line, and on through the front fender. For as cheap as im getting this stuff printed, it's hard to stop..

Mlemorie, try photoshopping or mspaint a picture of your car to get a rough idea of what something will look like before you spend the money.

i dont have ps, and my MS paint skills are ass to say the most lol. I do love the eucalyptus green, thats for sure. I need to have some spots touched up on mine, and some spots just flat out re-painted :/

You could go with genuine sonett stripes lengthened to fit your car. I made replica decal kits and can make them in any size if your interested.

well, I stuck with the mustang stripes becauase its a nod to my other car, the mustang gt. thanks though. The Sonett ones are actually about the same exact size. They're a little smaller.

Huh, based on the title, i didnt think i was gonna like them, but those aren't bad at all... I think i'd keep them. (again props for doing something different
