why oh why did you have to mention that:confused:

Hehe, good stuff... We have some nice girls in Denmark too, come see ;)
Just came home after a weekend in Barcelona, they have a LOT of honeys too...!
Aerodynamics, the aero PA had, was around the 400bhp mark as I remember it too. The ng900 (which a norweigan now has, and ran on the track at kinnekulla too, it was the yellow one, if you don't know the one I'm talking about, it was at the campsite too) had around 700hp. It's the same engine he has in the 9.3, just with 100bhp extra... HELLA cool... :)
PA is a great guy too...

as far as i know his aero wasnt ever 600hp. Talking to him in sweden he said it was only 400hp. I will ask him what it dyno's at. Im sure it didnt have as much done as my car does... I just emailed him.
i coulda sworn it was 600bhp, it had a massive custom intake manny and all so yes it had as much done as you.

edit: it was 400+bhp, but i got confused because in the european car article it mentions "600hp beasts" coming from the same shop his did.

and read the specs...he had more done.

Using a Trollspeed crankshaft, P.A. took displacement down to 2.0 liters
The Trollspeed crank is collared with Verdi rods topped by J.E. pistons clinched by Qrille rings and wristpins. Trollspeed camshafts, mated to Wargia adjustable cam sprockets, spin in a cylinder head ported by Trollspeed and pocketed by larger intake and exhaust valves.
A massive intercooler from an IVECO truck feeds a dense charge to a Garrett GT40 ball-bearing turbo. The hulking compressor hangs on a work-of art Wargia intake, and an equally sinuous Wargia exhaust manifold routes spent combustion gas from the pressure-packed four into a 3-in. J.T. exhaust system

wow im digging up old threads. I was lookin for an old link. ;)

Yes his motor internals were built... thats the only part of his 9000 I wish I had. :( That car is sweet. He saw it the other night back in trollhattan... he walked out to the street during fallen dagar and he saw the car the same exact way he sold it in 2002.

btw I dont know if anyones noticed but his bridge spoiler is not a 9000 bridge spoiler, its actually a og9-5 bridge spoiler that was extended in the center 6cm.

On another note... with the cost of SOC in the US... I highly highly reccomend to anyone flying over to sweden for the festivals. The only down side is not having your saab with you, but its most deffinately worth it. There are so many things to keep you busy that you might find yourself wishing you had your car maybe twice throughout the whole experience.

Above is a link to the "Saab Today" paper, an internal publication from the Saab Factory in Sweden. Jeff Proposki and I were interviewed by a couple of gentlemen back in June during the Saab Festival in Sweden. They said it would be a few months before the interview would be published.

Jeff, Denise and I sat with Lars Carlsson and his wife at dinner on Saturday night, along with 1600 of our closest friends. Lars works at the Saab Factory. We convinced Lars to take us on a tour of the factory on Monday morning after it started up from the previous week's holiday. We told Lars about being interviewed by the guys and to keep his eye out for a copy of the publication. Jeff e-mailed Lars last week and Lars replied with a pdf copy of the paper.

On the second page there is a photo of Jeff with his Griffin tattoo and a photo of me; The Saab Viking from New York. They asked us where we came from and we told them from the USA and that we were crazy Saab enthusiasts. We told them that we had many cars. They asked me how many cars that I had and I replied that I have 19 classic 900s. They asked me which was my favorite and I replied my black 91 convertible with the Airflow kit. Jeff showed them his tattoo to show how much he loved the Saab brand.

The following photo is the two guys that did the interview:
