I saw them last friday in Boston. They played a really good show, but came on an hour and a half late because of the rain.

i saw them back a few years ago and they definitely put on a kickass show.

and the fact that some of them were in point break only sweetens the deal:lol:

 

And, lest we not forget, flea was in The Big Lebowski.

The best movie ever.

 

I think the best was The Chase with Kietis and Flea in the monster truck. And of course Lebowski was great too. Or when he was like 20 he was in this punk movie called Suburbia, which rocks your socks. Or needles in Back to the future.. the list goes on =)

 

saw them last month, amazing show!!

 

saw them last saturday, 10th row, my brother had front row seats. He managed the set list, a pick from the guitar god john frusciante, and a drum stick from chad. Awesome show, and The Mars volta were amazing.

A bunch of the guys from my frat went to the concert last weekend in Boston. Funny story, they were in Boston back on the 2nd I think of October and one guy had a ticket that he though was for this last concert but was marked Oct. 2nd. Needless to say he was pissed. When he got back he saw that in fact his online confirmaton was for the first show. Sucks.

 

I saw them back in 99 when they were on tour for Californication, Foo Fighters opened for them. Definitely a good show....except the people sitting the row in front of me smoked crack on several occasions....

 

Yea this is the first time I saw them since the 99 show. But I had much better seats, haha

Crack huh, cant say I have ever sen anyone smoking rocks at a concert. Seen pretty much everything else though.

 

I saw them - front and center floor tickets last time they were in St Paul. The show kicked ass! Mars Volta opened followed by QOTSA and then RHCP FTW!

I was about 5 feet from Flea for nearly their entire set until I cracked a rib on the baracade from people trying to rush the stage (stupid meatplows).

Cant say that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing RHCP in concert...but the Mars Volta kicks ASS!
