Did the convertible yesterday, will probabley do the CSE tomorrow, put the Rk1s on the 'vert on Friday and do pictures on Saturday.

You should try polishing paint. No use in protecting swirl and hologram filled paint.

 

At least when mine (hopefully) comes home, it will be washed for me...

Haven't had enough percipitation to wash. Rain water is where it's at.

 

Weather has been so crazy here, I'm afraid to wash. Last weekend, record breaking 80+ temps. This weekend? Lowland snow.

Yup. I broke down and spent $300 on a professional deep polish for the SPG. Now every wash it looks beautiful!

This was more of a maintenance/see where the paint is at sort of cleaning that I did right after I got the car a few weeks ago:

When time permits in this fantastic weather we've been having, I will clay it again (stupid airborne paint on the Jersey Turnpike!), do all the jambs and stuff, detail the wheels, remove that gaaaaaaay pinstripe, buff and Zymøl.

 

These are from my first real wash of the spring. Used Turtle Wax ICE Car Wash, ICE Liquid Clay Bar, and ICE Liquid Polish. Came out pretty darn nice. I would have gotten the expensive and probabaly better stuff but my local autozone had the ICE stuff on sale forlike 40% off. couldn't pass up that deal.

 

 

Got the black one out of hibernation yesterday.

So nice to see the paint still shine up with just a hint of attention!
