as far as the IC and fogs are concerned, I have no idea. I don't have 9-3 fogs for my bumper.

 

Does the IC fit to keep the fogs or now?

that large oil cooler is no longer on the car, but i do still have it, you'll just need to buy hoses for it and find a way to mount it it's yours for $25 shipped.
