im sick of dealing with my stupid aero, it's blown the 8 millionth transmission, so it's time for this hog to go... and i noticed there are a few saab guys from around here

quick history..

1994 9000 Aero 5-speed

the car is red (except for the passangers side fender which is black) with a black interior.

I blew my motor back in march, and had a 9000CSE motor put in, but the CSE 2.3L has a blown turbo on it, however i snagged my aero turbo AND ALL THE LINES, BANJO BOLTS AND WASHERS from my old motor...i hate this car, and I need to make some money to buy another one...so here you go...

* Aero TD04 turbo, lines, banjo-bolts, ECU (EVEN INCLUDES THE MANIFOLD FOR A PAINLESS SWAP) -$500 - I don't think that's too high seeing as how this turbo has ZERO shaft play, honestly, and I'm throwing in the ECU, so if you own a CSE, or a 9-5 and want to see the boys at Automotion, this is perfect for you.

* Complete Aero Interior -Black -$500 - PENDING - by COMPLETE i mean COMPLETE...Dashboard, console, front and rear seats, doorpanels, EVERYTHNG, ALL of it...why? because i have no need for it, and someone does..I WANT TO STRESS HOWEVER THAT THE DRIERS SIDE SEAT NEEDS A CABLE TO RECLINE FULLY - No hiding things here, I want to be honest.

* Aero Ground Effects - $500 - As much as i'd like to get $1000 for the complete set like the guys on e-bay do, the truth is, the front bumper needs some help. The rear and side skirts just need to be preped and painted whatever color your 9000 is. The front bumper has two cracks on the lower valence and one crack on the cover. Nothing a little fiberglass couldn't solve though. Also including the fatter/wider wheel arch mouldings...i think $500 is more than reasonable.

*Aero Suspension - $300 - this includes all 4 Aero Springs (obviously to lower that CSE of yours:p cheaper than aftermarket springs and koni's) and the two front struts, however the passangers side strut may be blown...so, just put the spring on your CSE strut and you're good to go!

* 16" Super Aero Rims - $250 - They need to be reconditioned, and the front tires are bald as hell, but i'll throw in two brand new conti-sport tires, one just needs a plug.

*Other things for sale - ANYTHING I DIDN'T LIST...remember this right now is a COMPLTE CAR...it starts and runs, so if you need ANYTHING just let me know.....headlights, corner lights, doors, fenders, tail lights, random bolts, DI cassette, BPC valve, random hoses or lines...seriously...if you need it, let me know.

CANT FORGET:
*Sick nasty JDM Tyte Ractive cat-back exhaust - $100 - wanna make your saab sound cool? yeah you do...the P.O. had this badboy installed...it sounds pretty decent, not "tin can" like a honda.

A lot of the problems one encounters with a Saab is often due to their driving "style"....

Anyways, I have never had a serious or expensive problem with any of my Saab's, and I have had my fair share of Saabs lol... You beat on a car, shit is going to break eventually.... this is true with any car.

Oh, and btw, that ECU won't work in a 9-5 bub.... a 9-5 is T7, not T5...

that's a tough question, cuz i'm not sure what it's worth as a whole, i mean...i basically need to get $2K out of the car, since i need to buy a daily driver, but the body is beaten up, and it's got a blown transmission...(the blown turbo needs to come off the motor, the motor needs new manifold studs installed and the aero turbo needs to be put back on.

could i get $2,000 for it? probalby not.

do i need to? yes.

Is there a 3" downpipe available?

Real pain in the butt...you need to lean the seats forward about halfway, then use a torx on either a wobble extension, or a univeral joint if you don't have a wobble, then to go town. I think they are a T30. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT SIZE TORX, a smaller will seem to fit nicely, but it will chew up the bolt. For the front two bolts, I just used a 1/4" drive torx bit and ratchet and they came out. You'll definitely end up swearing a couple times....
