You heard right everybody! I will be parting out a 1995 9000 Aero 5 speed around mid-July. No, this is not my Aero, but a friend's car with chronic TCS issues.
Fell free to call dibs, as this is a sort of feeler thread for now. I can/will bring as many parts to SOC as possible, so if you want to buy something and don't want to pay shipping I'll try to fit it in my car!
So...her are the big ticket items with aproximate pices (final price will be determined when I have the car in my possession and can take photos of each part).
-b234R - yes folks, a real R motor, totally ready for racing, this will solve all of your 2.0 liter problems. No turbo inclued $350-500 - motor runs great as far as I can tell thus far. Idles smooth, no lifter noise. Need to check compression and drive a bit more before I decide on a final price
-TD04HL 15t - this sure would be a sweet item to go with a b234R!!! $250-300 (need to check for shaft play and investigate any potental seal issues, but it does NOT smoke at all on start-up)
-Aero seats, Two-tone grey - these things will make you feel like you're sitting in Anglina Joli's lap! $350/all assuming I can fix the split seam on the driver's side seat bottom.
-Aero bumpers - front/rear - Wow, these sure do make a crappy CS look awesome! And the rear bumper does a dandy job of covering that pesky rust that forms behind the rear wheels! $180/ea or $320/both
-Aero side skirts - these look great with the bumpers or without, even on the old skool 9000s - $175
-Aero door skins, black - Nice stuff, I can let these go for $150 (less if bought with the Aero seats)
-16" Aero Wheels with nearly new tires (not sure of brand, but the PO does not cheap out on tires, they are probably good) $400-$550 SOLD
-5 speed trans, used - $200-500 depending on if I can find a trans rebuild/replacement reciept with the car. Trans shifts very well, I need to do a little more driving on it to nail down what it might be worth
-Misc other stuff will go for best offer or will be offered up on eBay
Anyone who wants to low ball me on any of the parts mentioned will NOT get a response from me. I am selling this stuff for a % of the purchase price, and it is not my car. If it was my car I would probably drop the prices by a bit, but I cannot do that right now. Reasonable offers will be entertained.
