Alright guys and girls, I'm starting this early to get an idea on how many people want to do this again this year.

last year was kind of tricky as we kept having delays, but this year should be a little more streamline.

It will be the same route and times as last year.

Please enter your name, and location in the post like this...

1. zingZACH, Claremont, NH, 1999 9-3 Viggen, Stop #1

Last Update - 5-15-08 at 1:23pm

PM me for my cell!

2 Way Radio Channel is Channel 3 Sub Channel 25

EVERYONE PLEASE READ!!!!

Everything is in stone now, it is staying the way it is. I have all of the directions printed out (30 copies).

The times are final, along with the stops. If you want to change which stop you want to meet at, that's cool.... but let me know. If we have any issues or hold backs I will call you guys to keep you posted and let you know we are running late.... Please be to the stops on time so that we don't get behind schedule.

I will remind everyone, The caravan will not be doing crazy shit and will not be going in speeds of excess of 80 mph.... I am going to be going 75 the whole way.

You get 20+ Saabs together, and it tends to be a red flag to traffic enforcement. Truckers WILL call us in, as will other civilians if we are being retarded. It will also be very easy for the police to pin point us when they see 20+ modified Saabs cruising in a pack.

Let's be smart, and be safe. If you dont want to abide by these rules, that's what the directions are for. Go by yourself.

I can't afford a ticket, jail time, or my car to break.

So yeah, lets not cut people off, lets not pass people on the break down lanes, etc.... no stupid shit.

EDIT: All those in Green are confirmed going on the caravan. All of those in Red need to confirm.

2. Mike Crowley, Delmar, NY, 1995 9000 Aero, stop #4

I agree with Zach about the speed thing...the cops were definitely onto us after we all left the Perkins last year. No reason for anybody to get a ticket, arrested, etc just to get there 10min ahead of everyone else.

I'll be there in the 1990 900 Turbo, not sure what stop yet. Will DeLorean/PaulH have an open house the night before like last year?

I agree with the taking it easy sentiment. I had the CB last year (and will this year also) and the truckers were seriously getting pissed with us, and one was threatening "to run one of these little cars off the road if they tried to pass me again"
There are sick people with CDLs and Peterbilts, so for the sake of safety, and the survival of Saabs on the Pennsylvania roadways (as in no repeats of Oct 07) we should take it easy, everything in moderation, friends.
