Yes, one of my roomates(my brother) and one of my friends did this. I was laoning my friend(dave) the car while i was doing his clutch and getting the diff swapped out for the quaife unit. This is his payment for me lending him my car.

 

The only sad thing is the paint looked to be decent before but the new paint is funny as hell!

 

some people would pay good money for such paint work!

 

The thing is they actually put a good amount of time in the car for just messing around.

rob has yet to experience the best part about the car-- the looks and reactions that people have to it on the street. I'm not sure i'll want to go back to my car after this...

It reminds me of the royal blue mini's with the flag on top and the checkers on the side mirrors.

Us Iowa guys are planning a take over from the MN fellows. It does look good for a rusty winter beater. It's strange what can happen when you mix beer, pizza and paint togather.
