I think it may be coming from the antenna, I'd check that

happens to my car when i leave it for a week plus just sitting... i would air evrything out every day... if you find the source pleaase share guru!!

 

have the dealer (since its under warranty) check the sun roof drains

 

Go to the dealer, it's free! Sunroof drains at the rear righ and left of the hatch behind the carpeting. Mine come off all the time from taking things in and out of the trunk.

 

Is this something I should even consider DIY'ing?

I'm not used to having a warranty, but it needs to go back anyhow for some rear fog fixing and a state inspection... I might as well add that to the list.

Yea...I third or fourth that comment...my NG has the same issue, Id really like to know where the hell its coming from - maybe my antenna will be the next thing I check.

 

There are grommets at the bottom of the spare tire well. They can be removed to drain the well if it water has somehow built up. Check to see if your grommets are infact there.

It might be from the plugs from the bottom of the frame that holds the tire. Just look at your rubber plugs to see if one fell out, or if one is cracked.
