As far as I know, he only went to the meetings once or twice, and didn't pay any dues (not that I blame him, I only paid once...not sure if I will again).
So, no dues = not a member = $50 to champ

Its not summer, I doubt there will be many sandal clad bare feet out.
Even if there were sandals, there would probably still be nice brown or black socks on the feet.
