No hotel, Camp. You wouldn't want to miss the nocturnal wildlife. We scare to bears out of town

camping was so much fun...although hard to get any sleep before 6AM because of the huge party 3ft away outside your tent ... and a shower would have been nice.

 

Have to leave the camping for you youngsters....... gotta get me a hotel room with running water and a bed.

 

Man those showers rock, especially the guy who wants tips for wiping you...er the sink down.

what weekend is carlisle again?

 

never mind i found it, when would you guys head down that thursday? and how much does it cost to get your car in and for a tent area?

 

$15 each but some people didn't buy the camping permit. It really wasn't enforced last year.

We should meet up somewhere on the way down... I have a few VT'ers that are cruisin down with me and we'll see about the rest of the NH people and who ever else wants to. Maybe we can have a GIANT caravan hahaha

 

well depending when y'all come through, me and Delorean are right off 81 around wilkes-barre, i know last year we met up with some of the new england crew, we're about 2 hours away from carlisle.

I'd say a HUGE caravan is in order. We had a good one last year so we need even more this year! I'll be down for whatever.

 

Well, we need to get this shit organized.... because we are probably just going to head straight down 91 because we live like 5 minutes from I-91... Maybe we could meet somewhere near Hartford, CT? Idea's anyone?

 

Last year we met at Josh's place, wherever that was in CT. I think we had 4 cars from there and then at Paul and Jeff's place we met those two and that is where Bill and Hunter met us as well.

 

yeah basically 91 to 84 and then straight down 81 to carlisle is the best route for most new englanders. let me know when everyones leaving and we can figure when we can meet up at our place (or somewhere around the area) gotta find out when the gates close too, last year i think they closed earlier than we planned on.

Last year a few people met at my house and then I led down to paul and jeff's place, depending where I reside at that point in time I will do the same or join up in PA

 

hhm.... i could extend my week on the road and start by going to paul and jeffs, then rolling with you guys from there.... or get a West Rollout going

 

yeah and the same goes for anyone that wants to break up their trip, we have plenty of room here if anyone wants to crash the night before or something.
