I have learned for a reallllllly nice/rare car you have to be willing to travel. If I was seriously in the market for another Saab I would fly in and drive this one home....or spend $600 to ship it.

Yeah, you will get raped and offered 8-9k, but the same can be said of trading a car in at a dealer. You also have the car listed at 12k on the boards, if you offered it for $1000 over trade it I think it would sell in a MUCH shorter time.

those don't look like aero seats, they look like the seats in my 99 LPT. and the dash is not silver. did aero's get wood dashes as optional? also no aero door sills plates, just "saab"

not so sure it's an aero.

I could be wrong, i am not as familiar with early model aeros.

it does look sharp for a white car though. almost too clean and perfect in the front though. white BBS, that's a new one.

 

The sport seats came in 2002 along with the silver dash. Pretty sure it's an aero but that wheel gap is awfully big.

 

Early 9-5 Aeros did not have special seats until '02.

yup, definitely an aero, has the sport wheel and the body kit, theres a few other things that make the early aeros aeros, but not nearly as many as the 02+ models. i normally dont like white cars, but that thing is hot.

yup, and bigger brakes, better suspension and roll bars (and a boost gauge )

 

I just got a aero wagon from Seattle, WA... I am in Albany, NY area. only 2800 miles or so away.

I had a fellow Saaber "saaboy" from this forum go take a bazillion photos, and test drive it for me... I got a carfax and warranty history. It was clean, so we had it shipped here across the country.

It was the only stick 04-05 aero wagon we saw for months that had all the options we wanted and the color (there were like 3 laser red for sale closer but that's a ticket magnet)

so distance can be a big deal, but i was brave and so far it's worked out.

 

The phrase "once you go black, you never go back" has applied to me. I love my black cars, they are just pure hotness...

But for that car, I'd go back to White.


(My old lumina that I totalled & used the insurance money to buy my NG900 with was white)

 

I never seen those white rims before except on the Road and Track buyer's guide a few years ago. I think they would look really unique on a black car.

 

I've always like white wheels on a white car. Thats hotness.
