How would i make my own vacuum hose?

What are some hoses i could buy to do it and do i have to use anything off the old hose?

You have to be more specific, do you have a pic or diagram on which hose(s)? You can buy aftermarket vacuum hose, but there are certain hoses that are Saab custom hoses and expensive.

Post up which one and maybe someone has a used on that meets the needs.

I been seeing a lot of these oil catch pan setups. i was just wondering on the bottom where the yellow circle is, there is a little hose going into the block and the coolant could drain out. How do some people plug it, to run setups like these?

The line in the yellow circle is your oil or coolant line for the turbo. You don't want to get rid of it at all... Unless of course you want to replace your turbo every 3 miles or less. lol

Is the PCV line cracked somehow or just completely rotten? I cracked mine while moving it out of the way. It had only one crack by the Y and I had some 1/4'' fuel line laying around. It fit perfectly inside the OEM line so I cut off a few inches of the fuel line, stuck it inside where the crack was and put a couple hose clamps on it to make it airtight.
Better than spending $60 on a replacement. I'm still iffy on the catch can deal about whether it's worth it or not. Just my .02 though. :)

Yeah, I'll be getting around to this project shortly as well, Im replacing all my vacuum lines with red silicone ones. I might go ahead and install a catch can at the same time; even though it might not really make a difference, it doesn't hurt either. But yeah, you're probably not going to want to do anything with the turbo lines unless you're taking the turbo out.

A cheap ass replacement of the heated Crankcase evac system line is one thing.
That, I can understand all to well :)
IMO turning a well designed crankcase evac systeminto a catch can setup only illustrates a complete misunderstanding of what the oem setup is and how/why it works.
It ain't a functional improvement, by any stretch of the imagination
File it.. with colour matched hoses...(that need zip ties to keep them attached )
