How did you find a Russian in the middle of nowhere? It's odd when I go to Hatteras every year and there is a Polish/Russian/etc. girl working a local place. Hatteras in NC is basically a tourist place for 3 months and then an empty beach for the rest of the year, but they stay yearly or even years sometimes. Seems like a lot are in the Miami area.
