that video is from 3 years ago... the valve has changed slightly since then.
plus it sounds like the guy doesnt know what he's doing from the comments
glad someone said it. sounds like he has no idea how to properly set it up. the synapse valves need some patience sometimes to be setup properly..but when they are they are awesome.
 
the guy with the black sports sedan that was slammed to the ground at Carlisle had one. he's Pacotaco over on central if you wanna track him down and ask him about it. personally never heard a bad thing about them.
 
Keep in mind some flutter isn't bad. You don't want to vent 100% of the charge. The best idea is to retain enough charge to keep the IC and charge piping still full, otherwise you're inducing extra lag by completely empting the system and then having to fill it back up again.

Now, how do you tune for this? Pssshhh hell if I know.

oh i know what you mean with some flutter;
i know that if the flutter blends in with the blow off, then its good
but if you hear the blow off first, then the flutter continues after the fact then it's too much surge
