So what are you guy's seeing for oil pressure. Trying to get an idea of whether or not I should bother dropping the pan. Fresh 5w40, nice and hot, seeing around 21psi at idle and 36 psi @ 2000 rpm. This is on a 100k mile b235r, I wouldn't think being 3 psi off spec is any big deal. But out of curiosity does anyone know what those with sludge problems see for pressure?

Sounds right about where it should be. Pressure varies based on outside temp and the viscosity.
I would drop the pan. A 100k on a 9-5 is reason enough. It's not that much work on a 9-5 at all. No SF removal required. Just do it.

Spec is temperature dependent. IIRC, it is 32 psi at 2000 rpm, at 221 degrees F oil temp. And 11-14 psi at idle.
At that temp, my 132k 9-5 Aero does 30 psi at 2000 rpm and 11 psi at idle.
