Either should work. I will find out from a buddy if he is moving that day.

Since your already on the wrong side of the river, Gaithersburg to Frederick at something like Mach 2 ought to be a breeze. Besides, Dynos are about 5 minutes of excitement and hours of standing around, take a lunch break and head over

 

Mark me as tentative and I know that Sarge is interested in going. He cannot post in this section (he needs some mod help).

 

I should be able to make it, Sarge won't be able to make it.

 

WHEW.... I am the person who put the dyno day together. I have a tuner coming in from Delaware. Otherwise I would be there.

Old Business: Rudedog got the remaining WASSAAB Items from Talladega900

New Business: As it turns out over the years, no paperwork has been filed for WASSAAB. The vote was to spend the funds to become a non-profit and make it happen ASAP. Rudedog has a lawyer and accountant previously used for other activities and he is going to start the paperwork. He has draft bylaws from other clubs. The non-profit route will take 6-9 months, LLC/incorporation in a shorter timeframe.

Open actions: Board of Directors, Officers, purpose (something like education) in support of Non-profit.

Web Activities: Rudedog has/is getting access to the old WASSAAB website. Tweek has setup a facebook entry for WASSAAB, got some hits from other people that couldn't make it. Open items for web, need admin access for WASSAAB section of Saablink and at some point admin access to Saabnet access for the Club WASSAAB section (Getting SPAM in that section)

Treasury Report: ~$1700 in the Treasury as of 4/18, includes repayment of receipts. Need EIN for bank account, via LLC/Non-profit.

Carlisle Caravan: Leaving May 15th Friday 1:00 Frederick MD area (Near VA Line and 270/70 intersection) Others possible, as needed (Saturday morning anyone)

Next Meeting: May 16th, Carlisle Import and Kit Car Show showfloor, around lunchtime.

 

That may be too early in the day for Tweek to bring the pig's head to the meeting.

 

He'll have to bring one of his substitutes from his duffel bag.
