9K Aero seat base information?

Hi all. I have a very used set of 9K aero seats I am planning on re-covering and using for a custom project. I was able to hook up power and test that the slide/recline functions all work like they should with the exception of the lift/lower function on the front edge of the driver's seat. It just clicks and sounds like something internal is broken in either the motor or the drive assy.

I looked it over for a while, but couldn't figure out the best way to take it all apart. Worse than that, there seems to be zero parts available for any of it.

Before I just set them to max low setting and unplug the lift motors, does anyone have an old seat base they would butcher? Or point me in a direction for some sort of diagram of how they come apart?

Thanks!

I have this exact problem in my Aero that I was actually thinking about looking into the other day. I was gonna pull the seat out and see what I could see this weekend. I had a similar problem in the 9-5 awhile back that ended up just being the motor stripped out. I'll take a look this weekend and report back. Though I am discouraged if you couldn't figure it out.

I honestly didn't take very long messing with it.. Maybe 10 min. I wanted to verify that the important functions worked before I order the stuff to re-upholster them and stuff them in my old van.. Worst case, I'll set them to full low and never worry about it since the important things work.. But it it's a simple fix then why not. I'll probably look closer next week
