Description:

I have owned since 2011 & put countless hours and dollars into it .. was my daily driver for 2 years as I fixed it up; has been a weekend-cruiser for the last 2.5 years.

I LOVE this 99 and swore I'd never sell it, but have too many vehicles & too many SAABS .. have only driven it ~1500 miles since the North American SAAB Owner's Convention of 2014.

This 99 is not a trailer-queen or show car, however it is still in great shape, runs well with a strong motor

Stats:
2.0L 8V B-motor - 138,500 miles
Bosch CIS Fuel Injection
4-speed manual transmission
Lesjofors springs, Bilstein HD shocks, Toyo tires
CD player w/ aux input & 4 Clarion Speakers
refinished Inca wheels (sand-blasted / powder coated / clear-coated) with full set of center caps

Interior is in good shape, though it still has the original cloth seats + carpet (1970's burnt orange color - has not gotten better with age). No carpet in front footwells but has custom-fit State of Nine rubber floormats. The headliner, dash, and glass are all perfect. All gauges + odometer work except tachometer (stops at 3K).

Exterior in good shape overall. Clean title. Repaint is 5+ years old but still bright + shiny, as is trim.
Exterior flaws:
Slight crease dent in front passenger fender (hard to notice)
Large rock chip on driver's side fender lip
Paint on trunk edge is rough
bend in one grille slat

Loads of extra parts:
Spare 1980 4-speed transmission (99) and 1980 5-speed transmission (900) - both from Dan Morley who vouched for them.
New, never installed MSS Headers & Exhaust w/ installation hardware
4 spare wheels (aluminum, silver)
complete wiring harness from 1980 99 (vehicle was hit while parked on the street; many of my spares came from this car)
clutch + water pump rebuild kits
Several boxes & half a shed full of interior, exterior, mechanical bits etc. etc. etc.

All required maintenance performed & countless parts replaced. Maintained by John Collins for longer than I have owned it.

Car is currently awaiting clutch rebuild + install of MSS Headers + Exhaust. This should happen soon, however car is available for sale immediately if you would prefer to do the work yourself

Price negotiable depending on inclusion / exclusion of various parts + wheels. Would prefer to sell as a package deal.

NO vehicle trades --- I need $$$ to fix my old house (and for my other vehicles)
Will consider partial trades for SAAB 900 turbo 16V parts
Will deliver vehicle within Oregon - WILL NOT SHIP anywhere
Cash or Oregon bank check only!
Please e-mail me with any questions / for additional pictures; I will update more when I have time

also if anyone is interested in a black 1981 900 turbo sedan, my best friends have one that has been sitting for years waiting for me to buy it. Motor + transmission were rebuilt just before it was parked due to battery-drain issue. one-family owners, interior/body would need work due to inactivity but good for many parts.

SOLD :icon_frown::icon_frown:

to a good home tho, in PDX. should be in better hands + make some appearances.

Have a 1980 900 EMS 5-speed Trans and a set of 4 15-inch stock aluminium wheels (with or without tires) if anyone is interested.

Otherwise I cleaned out so many parts that I now have room for a 16V / turbo / 900 hatch hoard to begin :) trades/solicitations welcome
