In Orono, ME the home of the University of Maine, Woodman's restaurant/bar fulfills all my college town eatery/drinkery needs and does it very well.

OK my new college town meal is from my buddy's uncles place place called europe gyro. They are a pizza shop which is slightly hippyified. Check them out at http://www.europegyro.com. The sandwich I get is called the guy on the couch. It is a Philly Steak Sandwich, with toasted garlic bun, special blend of cheese and sauces.

Agreed, and The Deli, where you can do both of those things, plus get on your way to another hangover as well.

Drunk University of Washington students go to the Burger Hut, or order from various asian places like University Terriaki, or New China Express. My personal favorite restaurant is in my old hometown, a taco wagon turned restaurant, La Fama. Best pork I've ever had hands down.

I wouldnt' really call any restaurant I go to a "guilty pleasure" and I don't really go to college spots any more, but the old favorite is "The Steak & Egg" on Wisconsin ave in DC - it's diner food, but they only have a counter, no tables, and the kitchen is right in front of you. Good shit. The only problem is that at random times of the night 20 high school kids will show up and clog the heck out of the place.
There's also Bob & Ediths in Arlington, and my back porch, which is a good late night grilling spot, when were rowdy.
