PB Blaster actually works
Liquid Wrench Products are good too - just not as common on the shelves (they are the original good lube)
I use HOWES LUBE at work - it's a little thicker than Blaster and does almost as good of a job, plus you can use it to lube hinges and more long term applications which need to stay working - not just break loose.
