There's rumors of a rear-engined B234 Civic hatchback.... may or may not be true.

I want to eventually have a full body brace made for my ng900 vert. I feel it would make the car 100 times better in the handling department since the body flex from Konis on full firm (and every other upgrade I installed) is pretty horrendous. I hate jacking my car up on one side and barely bring able to open the doors lol.

Well the AWD 99 with a c900T motor mated to an audi quattro drivetrain has been done as well ;)... with amazing results (9.80sec in the 1/4 mile).

Thank you for posting this information. I hav been searching for info on this build for months now with no luck. you are the best:D More good ideas for me to piss off my girlfriend and spend money on. Look for The SPG to be AWD here in the future.

i've been working on gathering parts here and there to build a tube chassis b204 rwd death trap/road legal gokart
that would be sweet!!! .... why not just put the b204 in a first gen MR2 .... fuck those things are pretty much a go-kart as is LOL
Sonett w/ B235 + miata/RX-7 rear end.
ive started gathering some parts for a build similar to this .... ill post pics soon

consists of:
sonett
holset
b204
ford 9"
full cage and tube frame chassis

and lots of fuckin' boost  LOL

check out DANS sonett it was at the owners convention he is a local saab tec here in colorado. It is powerd by a B202 mounted to a chevy turbo 350 tranny and heavyduty for 9" tubed and full tube chassis. He is curently running the stock t3 turbo at 40 psi and 12s in the quarter at altitude of bandimere over 5000 feet above sea level. He used to run the car on alcohol have a nasty boared motor wiht forged internals shooting nitrous and has had it into the low 9s but has since gone back to stock motor with basicly 40 psi of boost because it was getting realy expensive when things broke. Hope this is som insperation for you.

40 psi on the stock 900 t3? That must be working real well for him. *

i remember you telling me about this in your build thread .... definete inspiration .... did you get any contact for me liek you were saying? I would LOVE to see a build thread on this!! lol

How often does he have to rebuild that thing? I occasionally ran 26psi on the stock T3 in my SPG and that thing would glow like a satanic jack'o'lantern. Way out of the efficiency range.

Not only that, but 40 psi is WAYYYY past the efficiency range of a stock t3. It is doing more harm than good at that amount of boost. Just outgassing it and blowing incredible amounts of HOT air into the intake instead of cool dense air.

Absolutely pointless to run that much boost on that turbo.

im pretty sure that the sonett hes talking about ran 40 psi on the old turbo when it was all built running alcohol .... now i think hes running the stock t3 turbo not at such high boost ... or at least thats wat cruzin said in his build thread

Still, pushing a stock .42/.48 t3 past 25 even is going to hamper the power more than add it. The only car that I have ridden in that had that turbo running over 30 psi was Jeff Proposki's SPG...

never mind lol ... i checked his build thread ... he mentions it there .... i was thinking he was talking about the biig 9second setup was running 40 psi on the bigger turbo ... but i went back there and seen him mention running 40 psi on stock t3 .... which is crazy past the efficiency ... you guys were right lol
