Whats a no cost way to solve flex pipe problem

220 dollars at midas and i've got a new flex pipe all welded in. It was going to be about 110 plus labor but then as they started cutting the flex section out the flanges gave out on both ends so had to pay for extra piping but i got some really nice welds out of it instead of clamps. Amazing how much quieter it is inside my car. Though i do miss the quicker spool up times. Oh well, guess there is a price for everything. Eventually i'll get the 3inch downpipe to tip but not for a while.
MIDAS is gay. I went there when the exact same thing happened to me and the guy tried telling me that I wanted to buy the headers from an OG 9-3 that had a TWINTURBO and then go all new for everything else. Im like guy you are an idiot. I left went to autozone bought some extensions and fashioned a nig-rig.
