Well as you know or dont know i Just bought myself a long searched for 5-speed saab. Its a 00' 93se HOT. I dont have it yet but i pick it up next thursday.

My real question is what to do with my ng900se. It currently sits with a cracked radiator at my house while im 120 miles away living on campus. Idk what to do with it yet.

The Bad:
Multiple dings and dents
Paint is Oxidizing BADLY on the rear driver side quarter panel
Multiple scratches
Driver side seat and passenger seat leather cracked badly
There's a patch on the fuel tank from where something punctured a hole
Windshield has large scrape in it
Wierd noise from front passenger side when i go over bumpy roads
hood is vinyl wrapped not the greatest
Oxidation and clear coat peeling on roof and is now black vinyl wrapped
Automatic
175xxx miles
Radiator being cracked

The Good:
Engine feels strong
Transmission still shifts fine even at stage 2
I think the turbos still good, i belive is was replaced by previous owner
Synthetic oil changes done by me for past 25k
Its also had other goodies like genuine saab automatic poly mount
New fuel pump as of early 09
idk just shit
New Evaporator

I think im just gonna keep it as a parts car / fuck around with rally off road it
Like if anything fails on the new car, just switch over parts when needed.

Any opinions of what i should do with it?

There is too many little differences between a ng900 auto and a T7 HOT manual to justify it keeping it just for replacement parts.

With the external issues it will dramatically lower full resell. If you have the time over break or summer, I would part it out and sell the goods.

Yeah well i did a little referencing on part numbers and alot of the big ticket items that are almost new also fit the 93

(Fuel pump, Front engine mount, Intercooler, Evaporator)

So i think im just gonna try and find a junk yard radiator? and turn the car back to stock completely and run a stage 1 ish tune and just have it as a back up / beater/ off roader

Having a back-up is nice... Im loving the NA right now. Your call, full resale prob wont be worth it, maybe part it out, keep what you want, sell what you dont, junk the shell, thats what I did with the vert (made around 2000 dollars off of it already)

You might be able to get your radiator repaired. Mine cost like 50 bucks. It was a PITA getting that thing out, and especially back in lol.
