Water leaks - water in floor 2003 9.3

Hello, water has started to seep into the front passenger floor. It is seeping from under the front console cowling near the bottom of the dash. It seeps in immediately when water is sprayed onto the windshield. I've checked the seals on the windshield and they appear OK. The outside cowl at the bottom of the windshield hides how the water is drained away.. Anyone know how to check for trash blocking any drains or knows how water is drained away from under that windshield cowl. Any info will be appreciated.

I wonder if somethings cracked...

Pop out the center bolt cover on your windshield wipers, unbolt the wipers and pull them off, pull the weather strip off (that your hood touches), and lift up the cowl. That's going to be the best way to see if anything is clogged. You'll reveal the windshield wiper motor, the rain/water gutter, and the cabin filter.
Thanks so much!

Thanks so much - that fixed it - I couldn't get the wipers off but was able to pry up the cowl enough to see the problem - drain just under the cabin filter was clogged with debris and water was backing up into the filter housing and running in there. Pulled it out and cleaned out the drain. water no more! Thanks again for your help; saved me a trip this morning to the dealer and some $$$.

PS: I'm a non car savvy female..I feel so good that I was able to do this. I'm going to buy a cabin filter and put it in myself !
