Is there any company that offers underdive pulleys for our cars?

Don't give up so easily :)
Bosch alternators come in a myriad of configurations. Visit a local electrical rebuilder for possible pulleys. the PS pump is a GM unit, possibly other GM's have a differing size pulley Doubt it, but look around?
Power steering Can be replaced with an electric unit??
Toyotas, Hondas and even Fords come with a steering column electric assist unit. Seen complete units at a wreckers for $100
Toyotas even have a driver adjustment knob for dialing in 'assist levels'.
All as as simple? as replacing the upper steering column.
Electric water pumps have loong been available and work 'jes fine' and very reliably, IF you buy the correct flow volume for your engine.
Water and PS pump replacement could free up 12/14 hp.
Not a huge amount but enough to make it worth the effort.. should you want to spend the time dicking with your oldster :)

Guess ill just delete my a/c. Its a shame that a pretty good platform car just doesnt have the aftermaket pursuing btw ive know booated cars, mainly japanese cars, boosted with underdrive pulleys without any negative effects. Even muscle car guys doing the same. Seems to me that custom parts are a must for the 9000. I have found some parts but not as much as I would of thought there would be.

 your kidding right! There's loads n loads n loads of kit available for these mate!
Just off the top of my head:
Try Maptun, Abbott Racing, Genuine Saab, Elk Parts, Parts For Saabs, Trollspeed...plus a couple more I've got on my computer back home. Loads of choice and dependent on how much you want to spend you can get silly power out of them!

Suggest you go to the Ecuproject site. download
Trionic suites

Download and READ the T5 documentation pdf And the T5 Suite manual pdf.

Lotsa reading and massive amounts of ...Real Info... on tuning our Saabs. Invaluable and free.
Pretty well All one needs to know unless going for instant transmission exploding horsepower.
And yes the Boxes are Very easily broken with HP.. don't ask
Then Join the ECUproject .for even more info/help.

Yikes! Not that much.. I wouldn't trust to even 1 hp more than 250.
However IF you trust to the T5 Suite 'tuning Wizard" It will set boost to taper in a bit more gently than the oem setup . Boost hits much more gently but builds higher :) Which is much easier on the Autobox.
In fairness though ..Neither.. versions of the trans can take much abuse, despite claims. I've erm..' broken' 3 .. so far :)
Be aware that with 'tuning' comes the need for 91/94 Fuel .. Note that the fuel gauge reads in $
If you are considering ANY form of stop light acceleration runs.. sell your car . These are poor choice cars for drag racing, especially at stoplights.
It will break.. expensively.

As much as you can throw at it, if you deliver the power properly.

Nothing... Just a manual swap that'll let you put tons more power down, at least til it blows up. :)
I say, keep putting power down on the auto while buying parts for a manual swap. Just don't spin and wheel hop ever... Fastest way to killing it.
