First issue: Bluetooth pairing of phone is no longer working I can pair, the phone sees the "General Motors" BT id, I enter the code, system asks to name the device, I do, then it just hangs, nothing....If the BT module were dead I wouldn't think I could have the phones (I've tried several: iPhone 4s, EVO 4G, and Samsung Galaxy 4s [and all of these phones have successfully paired with the 9-3 in the past]) actually discover the 9-3 and be able to generate and enter the code and then have that annoying voice ask me to name the device and then hang there ad infinitum.....HELP!!

Second issue: XM radio is now gone, not even preview channel. Spoke with XM and they said likely XM module unplugged or bad. It's apparently located behind the head unit...I've read the posts on removing the head unit by prying out vent above and loosening the two torx screws for access...but I've seen other posts stating that the XM module is located in the trunk....what gives...any ideas?

Thanks in advance for all your help
