I got my last transmission for $250 (an '01 with 45k).

Its not all that bad.

MikeD may have a 97 900se trans for you.

i have one came out of a 98 900se turbo 67k $275 meet you i middletown ny

what years are a direct fit nothing else needed?

i may have my hands on one but its out of 95

98 will fix your 97 it's the same will check my friend at the dealer tomrow to be sure i will give him the number on the tranny

1998 will not work unless you convert the rest of the car to use the hydraulic clutch system. It is not a direct bolt on.

yep, this thurs i should have a 5spd trans from a 97 talladega, with 190k on it (but great running shape) id let it go for 250$ local pickup preferred, but for some extra in gas money ill meet you 1/2 way.

Those are good prices on the trannys. I might think about converting it to hydraulic if you can get the other parts from a junk yard. The expensive pieces are already on the tranny. Just need the pedal and hose.

1994 - 1997 NG900 Trannies are direct fit. 1998 NG900 is hydraulic, as are 1999-2002 OG9-3 Trannies.

Swap to hydraulic while you have a reason to.

That's the same as the one I just bought, only mine has 50k miles. Oh, and the old slave cylinder is stuck in it

i got mine about 3 years ago with 21k on it out of an 02 for 300
