Thumping Noise in Front End

Hey Folks. I've got a thumping noise coming from my front end. It increases with speed, it sounds louder when I turn left even a slight degree, and slightly louder when I turn right. It's constant when going straight as well, but much much less noticeable. The tires and rims are all good, as I've swapped out three sets too rule that out. Lug nuts are tight as well. I jacked up the car and I didn't get any play from the wheel bearings, but that doesn't rule them out. Aside from the ball joints, anything else I should be looking at?
