Put in over 200 miles on track over the weekend at our local Porsche Club (PCA) DE event at Lewistown raceway in Montana.
The Aero ran its best laps ever and was again putting down lap times on top of the list. Top speeds are about 140 mph for my car which is near 6500 rpm with my 4.45 gears, followed by heavy breaking into a full 90 degree turn thats drops you to below 50 mph.
The Porterfield R4 brake pads really were up to the task and look good for another full weekend of the same.
Thanks to John (JZW Tuning) for a new Tune to go with the newly installed 3 bar map sensor.
The 2.5 mile road course has about 15 turns and we were turning fastest laps from 1-39 to 1-41. Three places on the track exceed 125MPH.

The only car close was a ZO6 Corvette with new race rubber and full track setup. It belonged to one of my students from Idaho at the event. Another instructor and I did about 40 laps driving his car (very generous of him for sure) We may have been a second faster in his car but there was never anything on the track that I couldn't pull away from when in my car.
The blue BMW M3 was probably the next fastest car, also owned by one of the instructors but I was a bit faster than him pretty much everywhere on the track. Several newer Porsche Cs's and C4's as well as two Caman's could get around the track pretty fast, one well setup WRX STI was up there too. Some of the older 911's were set up for track and they do well too.
