fellow saabers, I would like to take this opertunety to make the following anouncement. on monday 22nd january 2007 my beautiful wife gave bitrh to our daughter. born at 20:55 and weighing 7lb 6 oz. both mother and baby are doing well after undregoing an emergency c section. mum and baby Bethan are now home and are truely amazing.
this has got to be the ultimate experience... now for those sleepless nights I may get to spend some time posting on here.
will send photos as soon as i am able.

Congrats on your daughter. You'll know you've done your fatherly duties in putting saab in her blood when you hear from the back "vroom pshh". Or when you ask were you left something out loud to yourself and you hear "vromm pshh" and your daughter pointing her finger at the car.

The one thing you'll soon find is that sleep is vastly over-rated...

Glad to hear that your wife and the baby are OK. Emergency C-sections can be a bit harrowing, so take some time to rest and recuperate.

The good news is that most babies don't do much for the first week, so you'll have a great period of relative calm to prepare for the storm. ;)
