I'm 22 years old, and bought my first car at 15.

#20 ·
I do. I've been tinkering with it lately... Trying to get it back on the road. I think it just needs a fuel pump, but I'm not positive yet. The car has been in my family/close circle of friends since new. 174k-ish miles. Rusty doors and a spot in the floor. I'd let it go for less than $500 with the disclaimer that it shouldn't be scrapped unless crashed.

1) (Kind of) 1996 Saab 9000CS. I was told it was going to be given to me, then the decision was made to sell it, then my brothers' C900 stopped starting so he bought it. Now for sale ;)

2) 1992 Saab 900S - brothers' dead car. It started fine when it was warm, so it wasn't a problem when I got my license in the spring :) - Sold

3) 1995 Saab 900S - Traded a couple of scrap vehicles for it. Intended to fix it and put it on the road. No title, a looot of work, parted out.

I got my license in 2003, bought my first car that winter:

-1987 Toyota Corolla 12v
-1982 Saab 900 Turbo (This started it all..)
-1990 Saab 900 Aero Did major rust fixes to this one, it had done something like 475 tkm.
-1984 Saab 99 GL I really miss this one, had a fresh coat of paint in a funny blue tone.
-1989 Saab 9000 CD 2.0TA The first Saab I modified, sold because of rust. The thing i miss the most are the sounds with 3" exhaust.
-1984 Saab 900 Turbo This one I still have as a project.
-1990 Saab 900 S (T16 lpt, I ment to flip this car for profit but decided to keep it as a parts car)
-1984 Toyota Corolla 8v (FWDLOL :( )
-1991 Saab 9000 CD 2.3TA Was a nice car, but used too much gas, I still hit myself for not using a bit more money and getting one with T5. :(
-1996 Toyota Corolla "JDM" 1.3 16vRHD I got for cheap, got me from place A to B as supposed.
-Citroen Xantia 1.8i -94 Corolla was just too uncomfortable for me, this from another world.
