Yesterday I messed with my new 92. The started was inop. at first. I had to remove it and clean the brushes and lube bushings and soon it was turning. I installed it turned the motor over and had compression
I next checked for spark-no spark
I tracked it down to no power at the coils. I then remembered there were some wires hanging loose under the dash, I checked and sure as heck tone was the power wire from the ignition switch to the coil, hooked it up and spark at both cyls. I put som mixxed gas down the carb and the car rose from it's 30 year slumber and sounds good. I have to get a fuel pump figured out and check the fuel tank and she should run on her own. I was messing with the brakes too a little yesterday and am thinking new hard lines through the car are a must. As soon as pressure built up in the system I had brake fluid shooting at the headliner
