whats the hood scoop going to do?

 

it will be to help decuce engine temps , and over the week she took a hit in the hood. THE NICE hood prop broke and dented the hood right in the middle . Nothing crazy just a low nicely formed working scoop.

 

So a hood prop dented the hood? Well lucky you don't drive it so as to get rock chips. Anybody else find this a little ironic?

ok to clear it up. it was a lighting bolt made out of wood . so the hood would only be up about 8 inches, to make people bent over to peek in . and I do DRIVE my car every day , and drove it to the show . I quess the hood wanted a scoop. because the prop had been used many, many times before. Ok can we get off the small dent in my hood . It made me want to puke, when I saw it .

What I think is that car really needs a nice carbon fiber hood. You will be assured to take the top prizes with carbon. Also, a Carbon viggen style rear wing would really set you apart.
