Some kind of suspension issue

So I have had this 'noise' for the past 2 months that I just can't seem to find what is causing it.

History:
March I rebuilt the suspension that included Koni yellow's and springs, oem strut mounts, oem bearings, and tie rod ends. I also replaced the control arms (nordic brand) and sway bar links.

I checked many times:
Axle nut
All 6 subframe bolts
All 6 bolts for 6-point brace
All control arm bolts
Sway bar bolts (bushings are poly too)
Tie rod ends, inner bushing are good.
Gland nut is tight and was installed with loc tight
damper nut at strut mount
strut mount nuts
ball joints
GS tranny mount ok
Rear engine mount looks good.
No play at outer cv joint.
Inner driver can move a bit toward or away from the tranny that I understand is normal. It's been like that from day 1 as far as I know
pried the wheel with 2x4 while in the air and I can feel movement in the strut mount bushing but the nut is tight and has no play.
Stanchion arm bushing show no play when prying.

The issue:
1. Most noticeable when I make a sharp right hand turn to go up a drive way. Soon as that driver side tire hits the curb cut it feels like a ball joint going. Has a faint sound I guess but I mostly feel it in the clutch pedal. (Dose not mater if clutch is depressed or not) It feels like something is slightly loose on the driver side.

2. This also happens at very low speed over sharp bumps or big crack in the road. Seems to do it on a sharp drop or bump in the road. (It's fine on speed bumps)

The car drives and handless very well. No vibrations or any issues at all (less the random P1312 P1334 at start up with both my DI's... stupid car)

Solutions????

Could it be the Koni's or the springs after settling? Anyone else with similar issues with the koni kit?

Should the bottom coil of the spring butt up against the seat as much as possible? I think I may have less then a 1/4" gap but I think it was like that ever since it was installed.

I'm at my wits end with this car.... HELP!

FIXED!!! The 13mm Hex bolt that secures the inner tie rod end to the adjustment screw was loose! By that, I mean it was never tightened by the dealer after my alignment 2 months ago.

Wowza. Congrats on the cheap fix. I was stumped and so was everyone else from looking at the page view count.
