I have a 2000 Saab 9-3t. B205L. The car is a stick shift. When i up shift it pops up 300 or 400 RPMs. i would expect the car to drop when i push the clutch in and get off the gas. i have checked for vacume leaks and seem to be ok. it dose not have the pcv update. I have tried everything i can think of including bypassing the turbo bypass solanoide. but it still dose it no matter what i do. any ideas on what could cause this or if it is a normal condition.

^ x2. Every Saab, or at least every T7 Saab, I've driven has been like this. Always wondered if it was flywheel related, but it seems like little to no difference is noticed when people upgrade to a lighter one. My guess is it's just part of the software...?

Ok that works for me. Its strange but acceptable. What is peak boost on this car? Its the lot one I never get the boost gauge to go above 1/3 in yellow. I tried pluging the w hose on BCV valve and still no. When I unplug the wastgate vacuum it hose to red. I back off throttle so not to hurt anything. It stumbles at idle a tiny bit. Had a cel flash two different times so I changed spark plugs. No more cel. It just dose not boost as consistent as I would like. Any input would be great. Thanks.
