Engine machine shop should be no issue. Minimum would be someone that understands when you say 90.50mm bore ;) Anyone with a modern machine should fit that. Other than that the right bore finish to keep the rings happy on break-in.

Thats a factory special tool you use to press them in. Not Machineshop universal tool. Your Saab shop doesn't have one? Maybe able to use a cam bearing tool to do it never tried. The factory tool makes it simple. Make sure the bearing oil hole is clear and aligned on reinstall.

havent had a need for it till my car ruined that bearing
i'll probly look into getting it (though i think it will only be use once and then collect dust on the shelf)
