Rose quartz & malachite green, the Saabs I learned to drive in were those colors.

yeah paint colors. Rose quartz, that's a good one... those used to be all over the place, now they seemingly are just about all gone

 

There's a sweet little rose quartz 900 sitting in a parking garage near me Can't wait to drive it home!

 

Cosmic Blue is my favorite Saab color, or Spring Green. This is the best Cosmic 9-5 pic I've seen.

 

I always think of my moms old 9000. I think it was called silver mist or something. It had a hint of blue.

 

Whenever someone talks about a gold car I think of my moms old citrine 9k.

 

I always think of black. My aunt had a black 900 S, one of my co-workers has a black 9-5, and our boss had a black 99 turbo once upon a time.

 

i have to agree.. black is the color that makes me think saab..

 

X2 on the cosmic blue, it hurt it to find a 9-5 in the junk yard that was cosmic blue. I was upset

My moms 9-5 wagon is Graphite Green Metallic, I swear when I first saw it, it looked black, got closer saw it was green metallic, in the sun its pretty.

 

I was just looking for the name of that color.....it starts with a M......???
My Dad had a 03 9-5 Aero that was that color. Its sick!

Saab really had some cool colors over the years, I honestly like just about every color people have listed so far. anyone else like the non clearcoat colors? the black SPG's, and the cherry red cars. even the NG-900's in cherry red were non clearcoat as you can see by how most of them are all chalky cause they are never washed or waxed :lol:

 

Neither my vert or 99 are clear coat. it really upsets me, because I wax enough of my bosses cars so I probably won't be waxing mine much. :lol:

I actually saw a glacier blue saab on the road today. Some nice looking young lady was driving it. Too bad I was in my friends 4-runner loaner vehicle because my 99 blew the head gasket going over the pass.

Lets not forget that for the first few years all saab's were swedish military green! I don't have a picture ready for that one though.

 

 

My 9000's Platana Grey.... and i don't know anyone else that would call it Platana.... so yeah that one for sure.

a classically (ugly) but simply SAAB color. I would love to have a 99 like pauls in this color
