Outer CV Boot Retaining Ring! HELP ASAP! TIA
How do you get this bastard out? I've expanded it and can't seen to slip the joint out. I need to do this if I want to drive tomorrow in my own organized Saab Meet.
On Platonoff-Dmitri somehow used Vicegrips. I can't find any room for that.

The boot clamps or the actual CV joint?
If the actual joint you need to remove the circlip and it should pop free.
