Today we hosted the annual NWSOC picnic at our house. We had fun! Here are a few select pictures from the day. Congrats to Jake and Tim for becoming new members of the club. :D (finally more young saab tuners! I love you guys!)

This was a lot of fun. Everyone there was awesome, it was cool to see them again after the dyno day a few weeks ago.

They have so many cars its ridiculous. I was just walking around looking at cars, I think I counted 20.
Quinn is hilarious. He says his new convert is too nice, he's thinking about putting some scratches in the paint. haha.
Kaylan's car is insane. Thats all there is to it.

We watched this movie about the team building the pikes peak viggen, it was awesome, it was all in Swedish. They did the build in this run down shop, using wooden yardsticks to make measurements and used sledgehammers more than air wrenches. It was amazing.

We even got a chance to fix cars, Kaylan's oil return hose fell out, and I checked my compression and swapped injectors.

All in all it was a really good time, I cant wait for another meet.

hell ya! Tim's vig was the only 9-3 I think, I love the tan interior. And for the record, 9000 aero seats weigh 58 pounds. I weighed a couple of Kaylan's that were sitting around.

Wow 58 Pounds, I guess that how much weight I'll have to lose before getting in to the Aero again........Wow 58lbs....

Nice photos! Looks like it was a lovely day too :)

My guess was 75 for Aero seats, so right around 60 (or more with all the shit in the seat-back pockets) is not too bad of a guess.

I took some good photos I'll post today or tommorrow....Yes & the swedish video..those guys work on cars like I do..Sledgehammers & measuring tapes....I love it! Thanks to the Morley's for a great Saab day! Quick Shout to Aaron, Tim, Quinn, Jake, Tom, and Kay of course...oh yes & Nugget :)

They're working fine. Whats not working is my intercooler piping. Craig adjusted a clamp, and getting off the highway right near my dorm, the engine lost pretty much all power...I was thinking something horrible happened, but once I checked it out, the pipe from intercooler>throttle body had popped off. I tightened it back up, but again yesterday the exact same thing happened on I-405. I tightened it once again and stayed off boost. I'll really tighten that clamp next time I'm at the car (1-2 weeks).

Hmm, really? I could have sworn I saw 244k on the odometer.. maybe I am remembering wrong. Either way, it makes my car not feel so old at 206k miles! Unfortunately, mine isn't in nearly as good shape cosmetically. I definitely love silver Aeros. I have a hard time picking a favorite color between silver, white, and eucalyptus green (sorry Kaylan). :)
