Your local auto parts store doesn't sell clear ones? They're pretty common for brake light applications on cars with red lenses. Just watch out for the police if you have non-amber/orange blinkers in your car. I have Polarg Visual Amber 1157 bulbs in my car. They light up orange, but you can't really tell it when they're off.

 

Haven't checked auto parts store I just assumed all 1157s are amber

Also need them to not light up amber as well, going for the clean euro look

 

i dont recommend doing this. i believe white turn signals are illegal iirc.

Mine were yellow if that counts. The paint/coating flaked off the rears.

 

Um, why would you want white flashing bulbs in the front of your car???

Directionals are amber for a reason. Just like brake lights are red.

 

I'm running clear bulbs right now and have run them on almost all of my cars with clears. I wouldn't worry about being pulled over.

Except they're going to be dim as shit.
As I've said before, drop in LED bulbs will never be as bright as the filament bulbs they replaced.

 

Want the bulbs to stay clear when turn signal is turned on as well

 

Go to the local parts store and take in the amber turn signal bulb. Find a clear bulb with the same bottom end. It will fit properly and will function properly as well. I've done this with two cars with great success.

 

You have not tried hard enough. Go to the store and the bulbs could jk
P off the shelf and slap you, they're that common. Hell if ya really wanted to you could the bulbs out of your tailights and run em up front.
