So after I took my 89 vert up down the street for the first time in a year I found a huge amount of oil in the delivery pipes plus alot of blue smoke. Anybody have a turbo that wil fit that they'll let go for cheap?

If I can ever get my TD04 in. I'd sell you my stock one.

I just need a few banjo lines, and figure out an exhaust.
Sounds gewd
yup yup. nice miked spelling btw.

Actually, if the stock elbow(without the 5 bolt adapter plat) will just bolt up to the 3 bolt flange on the TD04, I should be set. But I dont know that for a fact just yet.

Lol thanks; there's no big rush it's still gonna be a few weeks before it gets registered anyway
i have a good T3 kicking around, and a volvo Tdo4, and ebay turbos are always very reasonable
How much for the t3?
I've got a turbo from an '86 SPG that's good. $60 shipped to your door.

is it oil and water cooled? I thought the older turbos where only oil cooled?
Initial digging shows '88 was first year of water & oil cooled turbo. My '86 sucks then.
I've got a high mileage turbo from a 94 vert, wasn't smoking. Car was an auto to stick conversion, dropped in motor and trans as an assembly, this is the one that came out. May be headed to Mass. next weekend, so I could meet up with you on the way. $75
