ok, who can tell what these round drain looking thingies are and why this one is wet and all the others are dry? :?

That is just a floor drain plug, (in case you flood the car but your problems are worse than that if you have to use them) It is normal for some grease / oil to be there. It is rust preventative.

These drain plugs, thought to be necessary at one time, are a source of rust..

Maybe if a well serviced car were to be "POR-15ed" every 6 months, or even annually, the the advances of rust could be stymied..

BTW, I doubt that oil and grease prevent rust - there are acids in the oils that promote oxidation, and the grease traps water.

that used to be the case on my rear floors. since replaced... no longer have a drain plug though.
