Wow Im sorry I haven't checked this in so long I half ass forgot it was still up. I still have the cams, Trans, and roof racks but honestly if I were to ship the Trans I don't even know how tlife would go about doing it, so that's why I said no shipping.

Foxracer, could you let me know the numbers on the cams? If they're from an NA engine I'll buy them.

On that transmission, The UPS Store will ship them for you. I've done it twice. Drain it well, block the axle holes with something and put it in a heavy duty trash bag or two. You might call ahead tell them what you want to do just to make sure but they'll ask you how much it weighs, and it's a little less than 100lbs. If I remember right it was $100 or maybe $150 to get it done.

Id be willing to drive down to get the trans, just want some details like make and model car it came out of, mileage, condition, etc. before I make that drive

 

Drew, the cams were just regular t5 cams and I got rid of them I had to to clean out the garage. I know the ups store will ship the Trans but unless they are going to build a crate for it I just don't have the time for it right now. I literally just got put on night shift 6 days a week 12 hour shifts for who knows how long.

97aero, just because some one doesn't instantly text you back doesn't mean you have to go into full panic mode. As far as mileage on it here's what I was told I bought it from a junk yard. Under 150k, in working order, and it's a turbo trans

 

Ah! No problem at all on the cams.

As for the UPS Store, no crate making involved. Just pour the oil out, block the axle holes, put it in a garbage bag and take it there. They do the rest. Looks like moot point anyways, M3 guy looks hot to drive down and buy it. Good luck!

 

Ah OK now if it's as easy as putting it in a few trash bags some duct tape and driving down to the ups store that might be an option I'll talk to him about it

Yeah I don't go to any of the Saab shows, never have I wanted to but always have worked those days and now I'm slowly getting out of saabs

 

I still have the transmission, I'd rather see some one use it then me scrap it
